The first new build within Michigan Central — Ford Motor Company's mobility innovation district in Corktown. Developed in joint venture with Ford Land and Detroit Opportunity Fund II.
The Bagley Mobility Hub is a six-story, tech-enabled mobility center supporting the workers, residents, and visitors of Michigan Central. The Hub offers 1,253 parking spaces, an autonomous vehicle testing area, e-bike and e-scooter stations, electric charging, and ground-floor retail.
Two outdoor plazas — designed in coordination with the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy — connect to the Southwest Greenway, providing public access to recreation, seating, and amenities adjacent to Michigan Central Station.
